GMSC Membership and Clubs
USMS Registration
As an individual,
you may choose to join a team or club and enjoy the camaraderie and structure
of the group, or you may choose to remain unattached. Unattached swimmers
enjoy all of the benefits of U.S. Masters Swimming membership, except they
cannot compete on relays.
To become a registered Masters swimmer, you must join United
States Masters Swimming (USMS). The local association encompasses
southeast Texas and is called Gulf Masters Swimming. To compete in a sanctioned
event, you must be registered with USMS. To become a registered Masters
swimmer, please contact our Registrar
, or you can download a registration form below.
Your membership provides you with secondary accident and liability insurance
when you are participating in sanctioned events or in organized practices.
You may elect to join an established team when you register. Please contact
one of the registered teams.
See our listing of GMSC Officers and Committees.

Address Change
Have you moved? Please send your change-of-address info to the GMSC Registrar
via e-mail. Include your full
name, complete new address, and new phone number(s). These changes are
forwarded to the USMS National Office at the end of every month which,
in turn, forwards them to Swim Magazine.
